The Cases have lived in Prineville for 14 years and own a 160-acre ranch where they grow hay and care for cattle. The couple even rents their own equipment when landscaping work needs to be done at home.

"We use our own equipment all the time," Matthew said. "We're the only rental business like this around, so we supply for our own family, contractors, and other residences in and out of Prineville."
