Prince Reschedules Announcement of 2nd Quarter 2014 Financial Results

NEW YORK, Aug. 18, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Prince International Corporation ("Prince" or "the Company"), a leading international processor and value-added distributor of specialty minerals, raw materials, and additives for numerous industrial and agricultural applications, will post its financial and operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014 to the Company's Intralinks investor site on Tuesday, August 19, 2014, one day later than previously announced.

Prince has also rescheduled its conference call for holders of its Senior Secured Notes and other members of the financial community.  The call will now be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 4:00pm ET.  A rebroadcast of this conference call will also be available through September 20, 2014.  The dial-in information for both the conference call and the rebroadcast has been posted to the Company's Intralinks website.  Participants for the conference call are requested to dial in five to ten minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
