Prince Charles Hotel Auction Rescheduled for December

TULSA, Okla., Nov. 12, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams & Williams, a worldwide real estate auction firm and the leader in global live and interactive auctions announced the auction for the historic Prince Charles Hotel has been rescheduled for Monday, December 15. The auction will be conducted online at AuctionNetwork.com.

"The Prince Charles Hotel is a historic property and has been the focus of a lot of media coverage over the past decade," said Fontana Fitzwilson, Executive Vice President of Sales for Williams & Williams. "The notoriety and prime downtown location have made it into a celebrity property. As such, we believe the finality of the auction next month will clear the way for a new owner to step up with fresh ideas to take it to the next level."

Williams & Williams has begun a national search for auction bidders that include hotel operators, developers and investors.  The property will be open for public inspection on two dates before the auction: Fridays December 5 & 12 from 11-2pm.

Fitzwilson said bidding for the online auction will start at 9am Wednesday, December 10^th and end at 3pm Monday December 15^th. The high bidder will be required to make a 10% down payment at the conclusion of auction, and close in 30 days.
