Mr. Cary has spent his career in operational leadership roles at companies including Toyota, Lotus and Goodyear. With individual Japanese coaches at Toyota and Isuzu in Japan and Europe, he honed and applied his Lean Manufacturing expertise. Mr. Cary successfully led the development of both greenfield startups and brownfield transformations across multiple industries.
