Prime Therapeutics adds 80 new jobs in Albuquerque

ST. PAUL, Minn., Aug. 6, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Prime Therapeutics (Prime), a leading pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), announced today that it is opening a new pharmacy resource center in Albuquerque. Prime will be hiring 40 new pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and supervisors who will be responsible for member counseling and outreach on medications received through PrimeMail, Prime's home-delivery pharmacy. An additional 40 pharmacists and technicians will also be hired to process prescriptions for Prime's members. The new staff members will join the company in anticipation of new business from health care exchanges.

Prime currently employs nearly 300 professionals in its Albuquerque location.

Prime is seeking to fill these positions immediately, with start dates as early as September 9. All job openings at the Albuquerque facility are posted on the Prime Careers website.
