Prime Healthcare Services Acquires MedCath's Interest in Texas Hospital
ONTARIO, Calif., Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Prime Healthcare Services announced today that it has acquired MedCath Corporation's interests in Harlingen Medical Center. The Medical Center is an award-winning 112-bed acute care hospital located in Harlingen, Texas.
