Ms. Pullo has been appointed Director of Solicitation and leads Prime Clerk's solicitation and public securities group, which specializes in assisting clients with complex claims and securities noticing and balloting, prepackaged plan solicitations, out-of-court restructurings, corporate events (such as rights offerings, tender offers and treatment elections), and related distributions.
Ms. Pullo is a leading expert in the field and comes to Prime Clerk after having most recently been the Co-Head of the public securities and solicitation group at Epiq Systems. In that role, Ms. Pullo was a lead advisor on many of the largest chapter 11 cases in history, including Lehman Brothers, Hawker Beechcraft, Dynegy, Tribune, General Motors, Dex One and Supermedia, among others. With over 20 years running the administration of large chapter 11 cases, Ms. Campbell is the single most experienced senior consultant in the industry. Prior to joining Prime Clerk, Laura worked at Donlin Recano, Epiq Systems (f/k/a BSI), Integrated Resources and Kaye Scholer LLP.
Pullo and Campbell join several other key leaders that have joined the Prime Clerk team over the past several months, including:

- David Smith, as a restructuring Director, formerly a senior associate with bankruptcy boutique firm Togut, Segal & Segal; and
