Primary Energy Recycling Corporation Director resigns
OAK BROOK, IL, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI) (the "Company") announces that Ms. Celia Cuthbertson retired from the Board of Directors, effective January 31, 2010. She has served on the Board since the Company's inception in 2005 and was Chair of its Governance Committee. The Company successfully completed its restructuring and recapitalization towards the end of 2009, and therefore Ms. Cuthbertson found this to be an opportune time for a transition. The Directors and Management thank Ms. Cuthbertson for her dedication, commitment and insights during her tenure on the Board and wish her well in her future endeavors.
The Board is searching for a replacement of Ms. Cuthbertson.
