General Electric Company Research Reports
On August 5, 2014, General Electric Company's (General Electric) Digital Energy business and the City of Aberdeen announced plans to implement GE's Solutions as a Service (SaaS) technology to modernize the City of Aberdeen's grid. GE's cloud-based, fee-for-service grid management system, SaaS, will help Aberdeen provide the information end-users need to make more knowledgeable decisions about their resource usage and budgets. Using SaaS, GE will provide Aberdeen with access to an online customer portal which will not only help customers visualize their usage and bills but also enable them better manage energy and water habits. American Airlines Group Inc. Research Reports
On August 4, 2014, American Airlines Group Inc. (American Airlines) issued a press release applauding the actions of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to increase staffing at Miami International Airport (MIA). "The initiatives outlined by DHS Deputy Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas will have a positive impact on international passengers traveling through Miami, the nation's second-largest international gateway with the highest percentage of arriving international customers.
