Press Ganey Names Eileen Kamerick New CFO
SOUTH BEND, Ind., Oct. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Press Ganey, a recognized leader in health care performance improvement, announced today Eileen Kamerick has been named chief financial officer. She will be responsible for the company's financial planning, reporting, tax, treasury, and facilities. Kamerick has more than 15 years' experience in similar leadership positions and has spent nearly 25 years in financial management.

Previously, Kamerick served as the managing director and CFO at Houlihan Lokey, an international investment bank and financial advisory firm. In that role, she was responsible for all financial functions of the company and supervised multiple offices globally. Previously, she served as senior vice president, CFO and chief legal officer at Tecta America Corp. In that role, she negotiated a successful recapitalization of the company and restructured operations for optimal cost efficiency.
Kamerick has also served as CFO at Heidrick & Struggles, Leo Burnett and BP Amoco Americas.
She received her bachelor's degree in English literature from Boston College, and has both MBA and law degrees from the University of Chicago.
