Press Ganey Names Christina Dempsey Chief Nursing Officer
Company Deepens Commitment to Improving the Patient Experience through Caregivers
SOUTH BEND, Ind., Jan. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Press Ganey Associates, Inc., a leader in improving the patient experience, today named Christina Dempsey the Chief Nursing Officer. Dempsey will further Press Ganey's engagement with physician and nurse leadership and frontline caregivers to drive meaningful, sustainable improvement in the patient experience. Dempsey, a registered nurse with more than 25 years of experience, will leverage the company's deep competencies and unique solutions to pinpoint key drivers of performance and develop targeted improvement opportunities. Dempsey's nursing experience includes perioperative and emergency services management, medical practice, value analysis, and physician and hospital collaboration. Dempsey has been with Press Ganey for four years, previously serving as Vice President of Operational & Clinical Consulting. In that position, she worked with health care facilities to redefine and redesign patient flow and the process by which care is delivered in order to improve the patient and caregiver experience.
