WASHINGTON, Sept. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) announced today that Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney will address its upcoming 33rd Annual National Convention on Monday, September 17 in Los Angeles, CA.
