Bill Koenigsberg's Gotham 60 honor by Variety Magazine recognizes his exceptional contributions to the New York media industry and his visionary point of view on the future of the agency model. Under Koenigsberg's direction, Horizon has secured a dozen new business wins this year alone. The agency has been named to Crain's New York Business Best Places to Work in NYC list for the third year in a row, and has recently been named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

In 2014, Koenigsberg was also the first-ever media executive to be named board chair of the 4A's. Bill is also the only person to receive the prestigious Advertising Age Media Maven Award twice.
