Leading Veterans Organization Holds National Convention to Discuss Critical Issues Facing Veteran Community

Nearly 4,000 injured veterans and guests are expected to attend DAV's (Disabled American Veterans) National Convention, Aug. 10-13, in Orlando, Fla. Several seminars will be held to inform members on key legislative and policy issues affecting veterans. A central discussion will be what actions the VA and Congress are implementing to eliminate the backlog for delivering benefits to veterans. The election of DAV's new National Commander and line officers will also take place. |
