Scott Borrowman, Senior Attorney, San Francisco, is counseling Redgrave's clients in complex litigation involving eDiscovery issues. Although focused on the firm's West Coast-based clients, Scott works on matters throughout the country. Scott has more than 15 years of experience guiding clients on information governance and data privacy matters. He received a J.D. from Brigham Young University cum laude and a B.A. from the University of Utah. He is fluent in Japanese.
Ted Hiser, Senior Counsel, Cleveland, is focused on the management of discovery matters, including electronic discovery and attorney-client privilege and work product issues. His experience includes 30 years, many with Jones Day's Cleveland office, representing clients in the defense of multi-case product liability actions and other complex litigation matters. Ted received a J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law summa cum laude and an A.B. from Heidelberg College.
Tamara L.
