PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT/NYSE: PEI) intends to release its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2013 after market trading closes on Tuesday, February 18, 2014.

Management has scheduled a conference call for 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, to review results of the Company's results and future outlook.
