Featuring four work stations, the PreGel International Training Centers – Chicago accommodates a class of 12 people for in-depth lectures and hands-on learning experience. The facility is equipped with a variety of gelato, soft serve, and refrigeration equipment, and provides attendees with the opportunity to test and taste each product they create. The facility's conference room will also have audio visual set up to allow for Power Point presentations.
