MIAMI, Nov. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- According to the 2010 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) Survey, Preferred Care Partners has received a five-star "excellent" rating by Plan members for overall care - the highest rating a Health Plan can receive.  Preferred Care Partners offers Medicare Advantage plans in Miami-Dade, Broward, Lake, Sumter, Marion, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Manatee Counties in Florida.
