Precyse Completes Planned CEO Transition to Chris Powell

WAYNE, Pa. and ALPHARETTA, Ga., April 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Precyse, an industry leader in Health Information Management (HIM) Performance Management and Technology, today announced that effective April 1, 2014, Christopher A. Powell, Precyse's President since May 2011, was promoted to Chief Executive Officer and elected to the Board of Directors, succeeding company founder, Jeffrey S. Levitt, who will assume the role of Executive Chairman of Precyse's Board of Directors and remain with the company.
