By implementing the Patient Adherence Strip System (Precision Pak), Precision LTC Pharmacy offers increased confidence, convenience and safety by pre-sorting multiple prescriptions into a single package for the specified time of day. Precision LTC Pharmacy prepares each customer's medications in a sealed, clear, plastic packet, called Precision Pak, which is arthritic-approved for easy opening. Each Precision Pak is custom-printed with the customer's name; day and time of dose; medication names, strengths and descriptions; and other details. Precision LTC Pharmacy supplies a monthly strip of Precision Pak, which are rolled into a dispensing box, providing a quick and easy way for caregivers to verify that the last dose was taken, minimizing potential errors.

Precision LTC Pharmacy will send a box containing medications according to date and time of dosage. When taking a medication, simply tear off the next pouch. Forget about organizing Med Planners! Just carry on taking medications as normal and Precision LTC Pharmacy will check in before the next batch is due. Customers will be asked if there has been any changes to the medications and make sure dosages are accurate.
