Pratt & Whitney Receives Above & Beyond Award for Support of Employees in National Guard and Reserves

NORTH BERWICK, Maine, Aug. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Pratt & Whitney's North Berwick facility has been awarded the Above & Beyond award from Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve as an employer who has gone above and beyond the legal requirements for granting leave and providing support for military duty by their employees. Wayne Michaud, Pratt & Whitney employee and a Specialist with the Maine Army National Guard's 1136th Transportation Company recognizes the importance of employer support during his time in Afghanistan.
