Pratt & Whitney and SkyWest, Inc. Sign Aftermarket Agreement for Fleet of Mitsubishi Regional Jets
EAST HARTFORD, Conn., July 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Pratt & Whitney and SkyWest, Inc. have signed a definitive agreement for a PureSolution™ Fleet Management Program supporting the PW1217G engines installed in a fleet of 100 MRJ90 Mitsubishi Regional Jets and up to an additional 100 option MRJ90 Mitsubishi Regional Jets for a term of up to 16 years. Each MRJ90 will be powered by two PurePower® PW1217G engines. Deliveries are anticipated to begin in 2017.
