Pramata Adds New Executives To Leadership Team From Hortonworks, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SAP and Oracle

BRISBANE, Calif., Dec. 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Pramata, the Customer Relationship Intelligence™ company, announced the hiring of five new executive team members to bolster the company's product innovation and expanding market presence.
Sales industry veteran Brice Elliott, Executive Vice President of Sales, comes to Pramata from Hortonworks, where he led the strategic accounts team. Elliott leads Pramata's overall go-to-market strategy, sales and strategic partnerships. He has had a distinguished career holding executive roles in leading companies including Xerox, Ask/Ingres, i2 Technologies, Peoplesoft and Endeca Technologies. Elliott received his degree in Marketing from Millikin University.
Caroline Japic joins Pramata as Chief Marketing Officer from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading high-impact marketing teams and helping companies establish their brands in the marketplace. Japic is responsible for determining the strategic direction for Pramata's marketing initiatives. She has held senior marketing leadership roles with Polycom, Tidemark, Taleo, Hyperion and Tibco and other technology innovators. Japic graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Jose State University with a B.A. in public relations and an MBA in marketing management from Santa Clara University.
Vice President of Sales Bob Andrews has spent the past 15 years growing software and cloud start-ups. Andrews comes to Pramata from Meridium, where he led the company's sales efforts. Prior to that, he held key sales leadership roles at Voxware, Vendavo, SmartSignal, Infor, i2 Technologies and Oracle. He received his BS in marketing from Miami University and an MBA in international business from Emory University Goizueta Business School.
David Breaugh, Managing Director, comes to Pramata after more than 10 years as a practice leader in Industry Value Engineering with software giant SAP. He brings with him a track record of building cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation in both public and privately owned enterprises. Prior to joining SAP, Breaugh provided senior leadership and strategic planning for Trilogy and i2 Technologies. Breaugh is responsible for Pramata's industry go-to-market, strategic customer engagement, and value lifecycle management. He received his B.S. in electrical engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University) and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Director of Solutions Kevin Crothers brings more than 20 years of sales operations and technical software leadership to Pramata. In his previous role with Oracle as director of Big Data Analytics, Crothers was responsible for a North American sales consulting organization and worked with customers to introduce innovative approaches to solving complex, high-volume data analytics problems. Prior to joining Oracle, Kevin held senior level solution consulting and product management roles at PTC, Agile and Endeca Technologies. He received his B.S. in engineering from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
