Come to The Salvation Army's Northside Worship and Service Center's Praise Pump Fitness Classes. Praise Pump is a moderate-paced, faith-based fitness class for shaping, toning, and fat burning set to a gospel beat.
Facilitated by Tara Molina, A.F.P.A. CPT, Nutrition Advisor, Praise Pump Fitness Classes begin Monday, March 10th and run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30am through 12:30pm at The Salvation Army's Northside Worship and Service Center, located at 100 West North Avenue, Pittsburgh. Adults will be charged $5.00 per class. Limited equipment is available. Participants must bring two dumbbells between one and five pounds or two one-pound cans of fruit or vegetables to use for resistance training. Yoga mats will also be needed. And, don't forget to bring your bottled water!
