NEW YORK, Dec. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Praesidian Capital, a leading provider of mezzanine capital for small and mid-sized companies, announced today the appointment of Glenn Harrison to Managing Director and James Heyer to Vice President.

Glenn Harrison has been with Praesidian Capital for three years. In that time, he has played an important role in investment sourcing, due diligence, structuring and execution. Previously, Glenn was Vice President at Merrill Lynch Middle Market Finance, structuring and underwriting senior debt investments in middle market companies. He holds a BA with high honors in Economics from Rutgers University.

James Heyer has been with Praesidian Capital for two years during which he focused on financial analysis, due diligence and execution of new investments. He has also played a key role in monitoring the portfolio. Previously, James worked as an Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., focused on the automobile and equipment finance sectors. He has a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
