Power-Save Agrees to Purchase Bluestone, S.A.

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif., March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- POWER-SAVE ENERGY COMPANY (OTCQB: PWSV) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Bluestone SA in an all stock transaction.

Bluestone SA is a Chilean corporation in the business of copper mining and the manufacturing of food grade copper sulfate. Bluestone has a majority equity position in Sulfatos Chile S.A., which owns the Anica Copper Mines as well as a copper sulfate production project and employs a highly experienced staff of mining professionals.

Making the announcement Power-Save CEO, Michael Forster said, "This acquisition allows Power-Save to enter into a new line of business which we hope will greatly increase our shareholder value. Chile is the #1 copper mining country in the world, and copper sulfate is a food additive for which the demand for is currently growing at a rate of over 30% per year. This transaction with Bluestone puts Power-Save in a position to benefit from these ever-growing markets."
