The "Top Workplaces" list identifies leading workplaces in the Philadelphia area based upon the opinions of employees.

More than 90 percent of Power's 310 locally-based employees completed detailed questionnaires about their jobs, management and work environment – citing the company's upward growth and direction, career opportunities and training, and positive management as reasons why Power should be named as Philadelphia's top midsized employer.

Eligible organizations fell into three sizes; small with fewer than 150 employees, midsized with 150 to 500 employees and large with more than 500 employees. Employees were asked to respond to survey questions about the organization's direction, management, execution, workplace conditions, career opportunities and pay/benefits.
