Power Ranked No. Two on Philadelphia Inquirer's "Top Workplaces 2014" List
CHESTER, Pa., March 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Power Home Remodeling Group, the nation's third largest exterior home remodeler, has been named No. 2 on The Philadelphia Inquirer's "Top Workplaces 2014" list in the midsized company category. This marks the third time Power has received a top five distinction on the "Top Workplaces" list, which identifies leading workplaces in the Philadelphia area based on the opinions of employees.
An overwhelming 90 percent of Power's 451 locally based employees completed a detailed questionnaire about their job, management and work environment. Employees cited the company's continued rapid growth and national expansion, overall strategic direction, career opportunities, training, and positive management as reasons why Power should be named as one of Philadelphia's top midsized employers.

Eligible organizations fell into three sizes; small with fewer than 150 employees, midsized with 150 to 500 employees and large with more than 500 employees. Employees were asked to respond to survey questions about the organization's direction, management, execution, workplace conditions, career opportunities and pay/benefits.
Power was also recognized on the Atlanta Journal Constitution's 2014 Top 100 Workplaces list, which identifies leading businesses in the Atlanta metro area based on employee sentiment. Since Power's expansion to Atlanta in 2011, this marks the second time the company was recognized on the Atlanta Top Workplaces ranking.
