Power Home Remodeling Co-CEOs Named Highest Rated CEOs for Second Consecutive Year
Power's Co-CEOs Hold #25 Spot in the Large Company Category, with a 94 Percent Approval Rating, Based Entirely on Employee Feedback Shared on Popular Job Site Glassdoor
CHESTER, Pa., June 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Power Home Remodeling's Co-Chief Executive Officers and Partners, Corey Schiller and Asher Raphael, have been recognized on Glassdoor's Highest Rated CEO list for the second consecutive year. Glassdoor released its annual ranking highlighting the Highest Rated CEOs, this year recognizing top leaders in countries throughout North America and parts of Europe. Among CEOs recognized in the U.S. at large companies, Power's Co-CEOs ranked #25 and received an impressive 94 percent approval rating based on the anonymous and voluntary reviews that Power's employees shared on Glassdoor throughout the past year.
"This ranking is one that we're particularly proud of because it's based on candid feedback from our employees. Their devotion to Power continues to amaze me," said Asher Raphael, Power's Co-Chief Executive Officer. "We remain steadfast in our mission to create an unparalleled workplace culture and invest heavily in our people, because nothing is more important to us than keeping our employees happy."
CEO approval ratings are gathered through Glassdoor's online company review survey, which seeks to gain current and former employee sentiment about job and company satisfaction, the work environment and the culture.
"The Glassdoor Employees' Choice Awards honor CEOs that stand out for having gained the support and approval of their workforce — no easy task for any leader," said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor chief executive officer and co-founder. "I am proud to expand these awards to new markets as incredible leaders are found around the world and are not limited by boundaries or borders. I congratulate all of the winners on this significant achievement."
Power continues to be nationally recognized as a top workplace in the country, demonstrated by several recent awards, such as Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For, the No. 1 Place to Work For Millennials by Fortune, The No. 1 Best Workplace for Camaraderie by Fortune and one of 20 Coolest Companies in Philadelphia by Philadelphia Magazine. Power employees are provided with ongoing opportunities for growth in the form of leadership conferences across the country, frequent opportunities to meet and socialize with senior leadership and a personal mentor to help guide, support and challenge them to achieve more. Additionally, Power's inclusive social program filled with can't-miss events and an annual company-paid trip to Mexico gives employees a chance to develop a lasting camaraderie with their colleagues to bring their experience full circle. Already in 2016, employees heard from Wayne Gretzky at a recent leadership conference and attended the NCAA Final Four.
