Power's Co-CEOs Hold #14 Spot in the Large Company Category, with a 97 Percent Approval Rating, Based Entirely on Employee Feedback Shared on Popular Job Site Glassdoor
CHESTER, Pa., June 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Power Home Remodeling, a purpose-driven exterior home remodeling company, today announced that its Chief Executive Officers and Partners, Corey Schiller and Asher Raphael, have been recognized on Glassdoor's Highest Rated CEO list for the third consecutive year. Glassdoor, one of the world's largest and fastest growing job sites, released its annual report honoring the Highest Rated CEOs, which highlights top leaders employees love working for in countries throughout North America and parts of Europe.
"Asher and Corey epitomize what Power is--relentless dedication to improvement," said Adam Kaliner, Co-Founder of Power Home Remodeling. "They started at Power fresh out of school and on the ground floor, and year-by-year, one-by-one, they grew--taking on more responsibilities with an eye always towards what is best for their colleagues and our customers. The realization of their vision for Power has created a future filled with thousands of people having the opportunity to grow and develop like they did. And for that, I am so proud to have them as my partners, mentors, and most importantly, my closest friends."
CEO approval ratings are gathered through Glassdoor's online company review survey, which seeks to gain current and former employee sentiment about job and company satisfaction, the work environment, and the culture. Among the 700,000 companies reviewed on Glassdoor, the average CEO approval rating is 67 percent. Power's co-CEOs received a 97 percent approval rating. Power employees also cited "earning potential and the limitless opportunity for upward mobility," "a culture second to none," and "a challenging, exciting work environment" as some of the most frequently stated pros in the reviews--helping Power to secure not only Highest Rated CEOs but also rank #10 on Glassdoor's Best Places to Work 2017.
"CEOs tell us the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award is one of the highest honors they can receive because it truly reflects employee opinion about the job they do every day. I congratulate all of the winners on this significant honor," said Robert Hohman, Glassdoor co-founder and CEO. "We know that CEO approval ratings correlate to overall employee satisfaction and trust in senior leadership, which contributes to long-term employee engagement, ultimately helping an employer's recruiting and retention efforts."
