Potash America, Inc. Announces Formation of Advisory Board

RENO, Nev., June 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Potash America, Inc. (OTCBB: PTAM), (the "Company") is pleased to announce the formation and first appointment to its Advisory Board.

President and C.E.O. Barry Wattenberg said, "We have established this Advisory Board to assist in the exploration, development and commercialization of fertilizer-oriented projects. We hope to bring together a group of talented, experienced and project-driven members."

PTAM is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Adams to the Advisory Board. Mr. Adams brings over 30 years experience in the marketing and valuation of mining properties. Canadian-based Mr. Adams has participated in the companies' prospective acquisition of both the Newfoundland property and the Mineral County, Nevada property.
