Post Acute Medical acquires HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont
MECHANICSBURG, Pa., April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Post Acute Medical, LLC, (PAM) recently announced that it will acquire HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont, 3340 Plaza 10 Boulevard, Beaumont, Texas, from HealthSouth.
PAM expects to complete the acquisition by June 1 and will rename the hospital the PAM Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont. The 61-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital employs 128 medical professionals and staff and provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services. In addition to caring for general rehabilitation diagnoses, such as brain and spinal cord injuries, amputation, hip fractures, and joint replacement, the hospital offers specialized inpatient programs for stroke rehabilitation and amputation.
