Sarvesh joins Portworx from CoreOS, where he served as vice president of marketing. In his new role, Sarvesh will oversee Portworx's global marketing strategy. Joining as director of business development, Phil comes to Portworx from Mesosphere, where he was a director of strategic alliances and global accounts. Phil will be instrumental in further developing Portworx's growing position in the cloud-native storage industry. These executive additions bring vast experience in container infrastructure and go-to-market strategy development and will support Portworx's large and growing global customer base, including 16 of the Fortune Global 1000.

Sarvesh Jagannivas
Sarvesh brings nearly two decades of experience building go-to-market strategies for leading enterprise software companies, including Oracle, MuleSoft and CoreOS (RedHat). At CoreOS, Sarvesh led marketing and the company's go-to-market strategy, including one for CoreOS Tectonic, a leading Kubernetes product. Sarvesh will apply his knowledge of leading several of the world's most successful technology companies to create new go-to-market strategies for attracting top-tier partners, customers and boosting brand visibility as Portworx reaches its next phase of growth. Over his tenure, he has held senior business and marketing positions at Mulesoft, Agile Software (Oracle), EdgeSpring (Salesforce), Picarro Inc., and Aristasoft after a successful stint as a business consultant at Bain & Company.

In his previous positions at Mesosphere, Chef Software, F5 Networks, Citrix Systems and Microsoft, Phil was pivotal in managing and leveraging global partnerships to meet business needs and drive revenue growth. Phil will leverage this experience tracking new markets and emerging trends to drive Portworx into its next phase of growth.
