Porter Novelli Appoints Three New Partners to Management Team
NEW YORK, March 19, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Global public relations leader Porter Novelli today announced the appointment of three new partners to the firm. Their appointments come in recognition of their commitment to developing and implementing strategic programs to drive the growth and success of the agency, and creating workplaces that foster teamwork and enable top talent to thrive and drive meaningful business change for clients.
Porter Novelli's three newest partners are:
- Bill Kolberg, executive vice president, managing director of the agency's Los Angeles office and agency lead on the McDonald's business.
- Linda Martin, executive vice president, managing director of the agency's Irvine and San Diego offices, and agency lead on the Almond Board of California business.
- Stephen McCauley, executive vice president, director of the agency's Washington based Food, Beverage & Nutrition team and agency lead on the Bel Brands USA (Laughing Cow cheeses), National Cattlemen's Beef Association, United States Department of Agriculture and Welch's businesses.
Each of the three new partners is a senior leader who has made a significant contribution to Porter Novelli's global Food & Nutrition practice, which has been a linchpin of the agency's business since its founding in 1972. The agency has been cited frequently for its iconic work such as the development and introduction of the original USDA/HHS Food Guide Pyramid, its updated symbol and interactive website, www.MyPyramid.gov, and the introduction of the now highly familiar 5-A-Day for Better Health campaign.
Today, Porter Novelli maintains its legacy of food and nutrition leadership with a robust portfolio of clients, from the Almond Board of California to SOYJOY, that leverage the agency's full spectrum of talents – understanding the category landscape, driving stakeholder dialogue and informing the consumer.
"We are delighted to name Bill, Linda and Stephen as partners in recognition of their past service to the agency, and especially their future contributions," said Gary Stockman, CEO, Porter Novelli. "Bill, Linda and Stephen embody the values that have long defined the agency. They treat our business with an entrepreneurial rigor rooted in driving growth of our talent, our culture, our reputation and our business performance. They lead by example, make courageous business decisions and demand personal accountability. These are the types of business leaders who will shape the continued success of Porter Novelli," Stockman added.
Porter Novelli has 22 partners across its global network.
