Portage Point Adds Renowned Turnaround Executive Tom Allison

CHICAGO, Aug. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Portage Point Partners, LLC (Portage Point), an interim management and advisory firm, announced today that legendary turnaround executive Thomas J. Allison has joined the firm as a Senior Advisor.

Inducted into the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Hall of Fame in 2018, Tom is one of the foremost professionals in the corporate renewal industry and was the 2017 recipient of the TMA Legend Award. He has been a corporate officer and key advisor in some of the world's largest and most complex turnarounds and restructurings. In 2018, Tom was the first recipient of the TMA Peter Tourtellot Award. He has held the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) designation since 1994.

Mr. Allison has served on numerous Boards of Directors and is currently a Director and Restructuring Committee member for The NORDAM Group, Director and Audit Committee Chair for Monroe Capital, Director, Board Chair and the Audit Committee Chair for Katy Industries and Director for PTC Group Holdings Corp.
