Porcelanosa Expands Its New York City Flagship Store
NEW YORK, Jan. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Spanish interior design and ceramic specialist, Porcelanosa, continues its international expansion. Three years after the launch of its store located on Fifth Avenue in New York, the Group has now bought the adjacent building.
With the acquisition of this new building, Porcelanosa extends the surface of its store to reach 2,516 square meters; distributed between a basement, seven floors and a roof-top.
Overwhelming interest from New Yorkers has driven the investment of the Vila-real based company, encouraging the increase of its exhibition in order to showcase the many lines of products Porcelanosa has to offer.
CBRE España´s branch located in Valencia, Spanish lawyers Uría Menéndez from its New York office and the U.S. law firm Duval and Stachenfeld LLP have all advised Porcelanosa's decision to expand and move forward.
