About PopSockets
In 2012, the PopSocket (an expandable phone grip and stand) was invented in Boulder, CO by David Barnett, currently Chairman of the Board. To help fund and publicize the company, Barnett created a Kickstarter campaign that proved to be extremely successful. By January 2014, PopSockets.com was launched. Since that time, PopSockets' sales have grown exponentially. In January 2016, we sold our millionth PopSocket! A PopSocket is a little piece of magic for your phone. It's that simple thing you never knew you needed, but now can't live without.
