Polystar OSIX and Polystar T&M Merge to Form Polystar

STOCKHOLM, May 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- (http://www.myprgenie.com/) -- Polystar, a leading supplier of world-class telecommunication Test and Measurement and Network Performance Monitoring solutions, announced today the merger and consolidation of all business activities of Polystar OSIX, Polystar T&M, and Polystar Instruments into one global company, effective 1 May 2011.

The alliance of these complementary organisations is being undertaken to further harmonise the product synergies and to reinforce Polystar's strong and ever-growing global business. As a result of the merger, the new Polystar product portfolio, roadmap formulation, and all development efforts will be strategically aligned, creating a powerful and streamlined product offering. Elaborate utilisation of the knowledge and advanced technology available in the test tool Solver, and its leverage into Polystar's Network Monitoring Solution, will boost the capabilities of the entire product line and contribute into customer's time-to-market acceleration.
