For a limited time, Pollo Tropical's Caribbean-inspired dishes can be enjoyed with Grilled Shrimp. Guests can order Grilled Shrimp wrapped in a thin flatbread with cheddar jack cheese, freshly chopped tomatoes and tangy chipotle mayo, and finished on a grill press. Or Grilled Shrimp can be added to a salad featuring romaine lettuce, black bean fiesta mix, multi-colored tortilla chips and shredded cheddar jack cheese tossed with chipotle ranch dressing and served with a six-inch cheese quesadilla.
Grilled Shrimp is also a flavorful addition to Pollo Tropical's signature Create Your Own TropiChop® bowls, filled with any variety of rice, beans, toppings and one of the 10 zesty tropical signature sauces on Pollo Tropical's famous Saucing Island.
