Point of Care Anticoagulation (AC) is the only Anticoagulation management application currently certified by Allscripts through the Developer Program and the only application to support the complete life cycle of AC management.  Built-in clinical decision rules track patients throughout all phases of care including drug-drug interactions, heparin bridging and switch therapy, conversion from Warfarin to TSOACs (or TSOACs back to Warfarin) and manages quality assurance and adverse chronological event reporting.
