PODS Enterprises wins lawsuit against U-Haul for trademark infringement
CLEARWATER, Fla., Sept. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- PODS Enterprises, Inc. prevailed in their lawsuit against U-Haul International, Inc. The jury found U-Haul liable for federal and state trademark infringement of the famous PODS® trademark as well as federal and state trademark dilution, unfair competition and deceptive trade practices. The jury awarded PODS $60.7 million in damages.
