PITTSBURGH, Sept. 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The PNC Financial Services Group Inc. (NYSE: PNC), has been named one of the nation's 2011 Working Mother 100 Best Companies. Its tenth year for such distinction, PNC is lauded for its efforts to support working families.

This extends to enhancing existing work/life benefits, introducing a company-wide comprehensive wellness program and expanding employee recognition programs.

• The expansion of educational assistance to part-time employees, which was previously reserved for full-time employees only.
