PMC Twice Honored with Web Marketing Association's WebAward

PMC's Web Design Team Recognized for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development

RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif., Sept. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- PMC's web design team has won two Government Standard of Excellence WebAwards from the prestigious Web Marketing Association. PMC was recognized for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development for its recent work on the websites for the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino (www.sb-court.org), and Work Force Development Board of Contra Costa County (WDB www.wdbccc.com).

Workforce Development Board of Contra Costa County

As the primary body responsible for strengthening the regional workforce, the WDB needed a website that would increase organizational efficiencies and reach its target audience via a simple impactful design.

"The goal was to position the WDB as the primary labor resource for local businesses, educational organizations, and community," said Hogan. "We worked with the WDB to design a website that includes links to useful information, business and public board member information, opportunities for users to network with WDB staff via a forum, and access to meeting calendars and important documents."

Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino

For the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, PMC redeveloped the court's website to offer easy to find, dynamic content with a more attractive look and feel. This included a restructured global navigation system, local/sectional navigation schemes, and numerous quick links on the homepage to allow the public to locate services and information quickly.

"One of the most important aspects of this project was the integration of numerous other systems and services," said Hogan. "This included the redisplay of content from other servers and databases and replicating the look and feel in updating the Court's intranet."
