Plusgrade Responds to Patent Infringement Claim

MONTREAL, Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Travel technology company Plusgrade today issued the following statement in response to a patent infringement lawsuit filed by Optiontown LLC and the company's owner Tenon & Groove, LLC, against Plusgrade. The action was filed September 10, 2012 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
