BOSTON, Aug. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- PlumChoice, a pioneer in the delivery of remote technical services in the Service 2.0 market today announced its appearance for the second year in a row on the annual Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in the United States.
For 2011, PlumChoice is ranked #1079 on the list, which is based on the company's three-year revenue growth rate of 280% from 2007-2010. In addition, PlumChoice is ranked #117 in the IT Services category and #25 in the Boston region. The company's high growth rate under challenging economic conditions ensured a repeat appearance on the Inc. 5000 list in 2011.
PlumChoice enables customer satisfaction rates to reach previously unattainable levels with a centralized, remote technical support solution for homes, home offices and small businesses. The company's best-of-breed remote services, combined with their patented SAFElink™ platform for technology care services delivery, provide the power for large channel partners such as ISPs, wireless carriers, device manufacturers, retailers, independent software manufacturers and extended warranty providers to maximize their premium service businesses. SAFElink, designed for the integration and transaction management of subscriptions and point products, manages key facets of delivery such as entitlement, billing, fulfillment and quality.
"We are very pleased to again be listed on Inc's authoritative list of the top growth companies in the country," said Ted Werth, Chief Executive Officer for PlumChoice. "The quality of our remote and on-site services and commitment to the customer are the driving forces behind our consistent success. For 2011, we continue our aggressive growth through SAFElink™ platform enhancements, expansion into new service offerings, and new strategic partnerships."
Companies on the Inc. 5000 list are ranked according to the percentage growth of their annual revenue over a three-year period. To qualify for consideration for the 2011 list, companies must have generated at least $100,000 in revenue in 2007 and $2 million in 2010. Only privately held, for-profit companies based in the United States are considered for inclusion.
