PLCA Votes in New President of Associate Members
COLUMBIA, Miss., March 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pipe Line Contractors Association, or PLCA, has voted for a new president of associate members. This position is voted on by all current and regular members of the PLCA. Jones is proud to announce that the new President of Associate Members is our very own Senior Vice President of Pipeline Contract Services Jared Shuler.
Jared has been a member of the PLCA for nine years and is excited to take on this role for the next two years. He is humbled that his counterparts and competitors thought enough to vote him into this prestigious position. Jared accredits this accomplishment to his team and company by saying, "The industry respects our team, people and culture and the way our staff is viewed through customers and vendors alike."
The Pipe Line Contractors Association (PLCA) was established in 1948 and negotiates labor agreements, encourages safe practices in pipeline construction and seeks the resolution of problems common to all those in the industry. Each spring, the association meeting is held where members attend to receive industry information, changes and updates.
