LOS ANGELES, Jan. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Playboy magazine's March 2016 issue, the magazine's first non-nude version, will make its official consumer debut with an exclusive, star-studded party in San Francisco during pro-football's biggest weekend of the year.
The Playboy Party, always one of the weekend's most buzzed-about events, will celebrate the future of Playboy and its newly redesigned magazine on Friday, February 5, 2016 in a transformed space within Lot A of AT&T Park. Celebrities, athletes, and VIP guests will enjoy a DJ set by ALESSO as they mingle with 24 Playboy Playmates in Bunny Costume. Event sponsors include Dodge and EFFEN® Vodka, with water provided by AQUAhydrate and energy by Red Bull.
Guests will arrive at the party through a time portal tunnel that takes them on a visual journey of the history of Playboy and auto sponsor Dodge. Once inside, they will be some of the first consumers to receive copies of Playboy's March issue (on newsstands Friday, February 12) via an Instagram activated vending machine encouraging them to "post for a peek" of the much-hyped and newly redesigned magazine.
Specialty cocktails and bottle service by EFFEN® Vodka will be available throughout the night, along with a host of surprise elements for guests, courtesy of the brand. Attendees will also have the chance to sample a menu of unique libations expertly made with EFFEN® Vodka, EFFEN® Black Cherry Vodka and EFFEN® Cucumber Vodka as part of a Molecular Mixology Bar curated by San Francisco cocktail den Benjamin Cooper. A selection of sweet and savory cuisine from some of the city's most notable food trucks, including Mozzeria, El Sur, Curveball and Pacific Puffs, will be available to guests throughout the night.
Additionally, an interactive hologram experience, featuring the Dodge 2016 Charger SRT Hellcat and 2016 Challenger SRT Hellcat, will be on display at the high-profile bash. The powerful Hellcat duo will be part of an installation where guests can walk up to a larger-than-life animated Hellcat as it snarls, prowls, lurks, and growls while standing guard near the actual Dodge Hellcat vehicles. The Dodge 2015 Viper GTS will also be on display at the event's red carpet entrance.
