ORLANDO, Fla., July 14, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PlanSource announced today that it is expanding its partnership with Ultimate Software, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions in the cloud, to include real-time integration between PlanSource benefits management and the UltiPro® HCM solution, as well as broadened client services.
"PlanSource and Ultimate are a great match," said Greg Swick, Chief Sales Officer at Ultimate Software. "Our products work hand-in-hand, so by deepening our integration, we are providing our customers greater options for benefits shopping, enrollment, compliance and administration."
Founded in 1990, Ultimate Software delivers comprehensive HCM solutions to more than 3,000 customers. Under the expanded partnership, the Ultimate Software team offers an integration to PlanSource's benefits administration solution to customers that require sophisticated benefits technology with a best-in-class user experience. Ultimate Software and PlanSource will also offer managed services of PlanSource benefits solutions through the partnership.
New data integration harmonizes benefits and payroll
The Ultimate-PlanSource integration allows demographic information from UltiPro needed for administering benefits to be instantly transferred to the PlanSource system, and benefits deduction data to be returned to UltiPro for payroll purposes. As a result, HR and payroll teams can accurately administer benefits and payroll systems in real time, without conducting manual transfers of data, substantially reducing the chance of errors.
"Ultimate Software has a long history of delivering innovative solutions that help companies achieve their HCM goals," said Dayne Williams, CEO of PlanSource. "Our shared commitment to improving how people work makes this an ideal partnership. We look forward to many years of mutual success for our companies and our customers."
