The new integration with the latest version of the popular email client and application allows sales agents and teams to manage key customer contacts, calendars and events from a single place. It complements already existing integration with Google Apps®, Facebook® and other social media contacts and calendars.

The new capability allows Socialite users to bring selected Outlook business contacts and calendar events in the CRM. The integrated database allows them to see all contacts and events in one place, and manage changes rather than maintaining at multiple places. The new Office 365 cloud integration supplements existing outlook integration with older desktop versions. Hence brokerage companies having a mix of users on cloud and desktop can deploy their choice of the popular Outlook integration. Sales agents can now see a unified calendar dashboard of all the events/tasks, to-do list scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly originating from applications like Office 365, Google, Facebook, CRM events and optionally planetRE Compliance transaction/ escrow management systems.
