Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. Retains the Minns Law Firm
HOUSTON , Jan. 5, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PRRY) announced today that Mr. Michael Louis Minns of the Minns Law Firm, has agreed to represent the Company in the litigation between the Company and Kent Weisenberg/Inspar Field Services LLC. Planet was officially served with a Civil Suit on December 30, 2010.
Mr. Minns and his legal team will review the suit and will prepare the answer to the complaint filed within the required timeframe as afforded for a response.
